I promise to update tonight... I've been so busy that busy can't even keep up with how busy I've been, but of course that's no excuse to not keep this updated. BUT I will say I've lost 10 pounds in a little over two weeks! Totally stoked about that!
• Drink 64 oz. of water a day
• Religiously keep a food journal
• Drop the 10 pounds I gained back
• Pack my lunch every day for this month
• Cut out the "white stuff"
